Air Evac Lifeteam chose SKYTRAC for its flight tracking and dispatch needs in 2004 and has since equipped its fleet with SKYTRAC’s ISAT transceivers and cockpit display units. They just want a bunch of work horses.Air Evac Lifeteam utilizes SKYTRAC Systems’ state-of-the-art technology to enhance safety for its crew and patients, and to increase connectivity and situational awareness during critical air ambulance missions. The employees that work the hardest are not appreciated or acknowledged. They are always understaffed with a very high turnover rate. It is really difficult to work day to day and see how much they charge patients and how much they bring in then to get a very small pay check. The bonuses are very minimal unless you are in management. They need to get with the times and pay the employees up to par with the rest of the country. The pay is not even close to the pay that you could get for the same job in most other parts of the country. Updated shortly after new protocols are posted. Favorites tab for quick access of what's important to you. Features include: Quick indexed lookup of protocols in a matter of seconds. Their is so much nepotism in the decision making processes for hiring and advancement it is absolutely ridiculous. Air Evac Lifeteam Protocols is an app that provides quick offline access to the Air Evac protocols and supporting materials. Their hiring practices are unethical in that if you aren't related in some way or good friends with them it will be very difficult to get a job or a transfer to a different area within patient accounts. I just don't like the way the patient accounts are run. I do love all that Air Evac does to help the patients and their families. When I first started working for Air Evac, I was excited about the opportunity to work for a company that helps so many people in some of their most difficult times.
